Elaboração de um sistema de gestão da manutenção para oficina mecânica da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná – Campus Cornélio Procópio

Abstract

The adoption of strategies in all production system is important so companies can succeed. One of these strategies is the correct maintenance of machinery. The actual situation of maintenance for the machines of the workshop of the Universidade Tecnólogica Federal do Paraná campus of Cornélio Procópio is precarious, based only on corrective maintenance. The objective of this study is the creation of a maintenance system for machining workshop, containing a failure register, a service order, inspection, lubrication and autonomous maintenance plans, and maintenance schedule, as well as identification of spare parts to stock. The study was developed based on bibliographic research and manual of machines, beside considering data collected as the failures occurred, to determine the components to ruin the maintenance and calculating the frequency. The results presented include the systematic maintenance and documents produced for the achievement of the maintenance activities logs provided in the system. Maintenance plans that were developed are extremely important to the local since they aim for improvements and determine the schedule of maintenance, since the study prioritizes preventive maintenance on order to minimize unexpected failures with pre-established dates.
