Os eventos de saúde e segurança do trabalho relacionados ao eSocial

Abstract

The eSocial was created in 2014, in order of the unification of sending information from employees to your respectively employers. Since June 2018, all company which has any labor liability, social or tributary will be required to send data about these facts occurred by means of eSocial. This program will be just another one of these auxiliary tools to help the regulatory agencies verifying if all these obligations provided by law are fulfilled. Because of this matter, the present article, analyze through a literature review, the impact in several areas, focusing on health and safety in the workplace. We conclude that the eSocial it´s going to be a very important tool to guarantee that every requirement forecasted by law will be followed.
