Análise da NR-5 e NR-6, sua aplicação em uma empresa metalúrgica e suas implicações financeiras quando não cumpridas

Abstract

The service standards of safety and health at work is essential to the success of companies. They are guiding the employer to make the healthy environment to its employee, thus having an obligation on the part of the latter, observe and comply with all the duties that are transferred. It is for this reason that the present work aims to show the importance of the application of certain items included in the legislation. Thus we developed an analysis of NR- 5 and NR-6, within a metallurgical industry, and based on these fines NR's mentioned that the company could suffer if there is an inspection. Has drawn up a checklist with the items and sub-items of the standards that are applied within the company, and then was made a field survey and photographing some of their activities, as well as proper procedures are taken. Since then, the study sought to present the importance of awareness on the part of the employer as to the law that applies in work safety.
