Abstract

This research presents a theoretical review of production planning and control, specifying on demand forecasting and inventory management. The PCP seeks to develop a production program for businesses to have lower cost, on time and with good quality. The inventory management and demand is needed in any type of company and those that produce their products before selling them and those that produce custom, but you must gather as many information so that the demand forecast is consistent.
