Estudo de modificação na construção de um motor CC produzido em indústria da cadeia de suprimentos automotivos

Abstract

This paper presents the study of the effects of a constructive change in the quantity of turns on the armature coil of a permanent magnet dc motor, in both cases of more turns and less turns, used in automobiles’ window regulator mechanisms. The impacts regarding to the specifications of the manufacturer and the customer and also the motors operation and response were studied and evaluated. This work’s results are of great importance for decision-making regarding the possibility of product modification according to the needs of the manufacturer.
