Resumen
When dealing with the "School Discipline" we seek to understand through an analysis-school teacher, society, student and family relationship in order to understand the factors that influence student behavior, pointing out strategies for solving them, contributing thus to improve the quality of teaching learning process in this school. Questions about indiscipline in schools, a problem that is characterized by doubt about the cause of aggressive behavior and in particular the role of the teacher in front of this situation. Thus consideration based on a field survey on this topic, aims to list the main causes and consequences of the lack of discipline through the vision of high school students SESI College, reaching conclusion on the best methodology to facilitate the teaching-learning process as affectivity and unique methodology.
