dc.description.abstractThis work is a study to diagnose the problem of temperature and to perform the resizing of the air-conditioning equipment in the sectors of primary and secondary packaging of a refrigerator bird in order to meet internal corporate standards of good manufacturing practices: temperature control which aims to maintain the overall quality of the food produced in the refrigerator. Currently, these environments are not suitable to the standard procedure because the temperature recorded in them is normally above the temperature required. As a main goal, we want to adjust the temperature of the environments seeking the food quality. Studies were performed in the air-conditioning existing system, checking the cooling power of the equipment installed by comparing them with the calculated thermal load of the environment. In this study, after comparing the equipment installed and the thermal load found in each environment, there are also suggestions which improve the temperature of the environments studied.
