Resumen
Faced with the coronavirus pandemic, there was a change in the daily behavior of social relationships. In Brazil, since March 20, 2020, this new reality became concrete when isolation was adopted as a policy to combat the transmission of the virus, which drastically changed education. From this perspective, the study aims to identify the difficulties presented by public school Biology and Science teachers in the current scenario. The approach was quantitative and qualitative research, which can lead to reflections on future research based on data collection carried out with online questionnaires. Among the difficulties encountered, we highlight the lack of pedagogical and training support with teachers in this new teaching model, and the absence of the family-school relationship in most cases. The research aims to contribute to a constant reflection for the construction of quality education in times of pandemic and post-pandemic, which can contribute to the training of teachers in subsequent courses that can be taught on the subject.
