Resumen
The constant growth of the use of remotely piloted aircraft with different purposes of use, characterized by a heterogeneous group of users, demanded of special attention to the security mainly of the access to the airspace. Based on current legislation and practical pilot knowledge, the objectives of the study were to identify the variables that directly influence the operational safety of remotely piloted aircraft related to land use, classification according to severity and probability of harmful occurrences considering pessimistic scenarios, the mapping of operational risk in the state of Paraná, followed by the implementation of a consultation platform based on geographic information systems. The mapping process consisted of the collection and validation of spatial data of interest, delimitation of areas of influence, assignment of risk classes, hierarchy of risks, cartographic representation and the implementation of a geographic information system to consult operational risks. As a result, the mapping provided the observation of the spatial distribution of operational risk and the time of approval for requests for access to airspace, a positive correlation of operational risk with flight altitude was indicated, operations with remotely piloted aircraft, measures were proposed to mitigate the risks related to the variables of land use and a prototype of a geographic information system was implemented to consult the risks according to the study area. The interpretation of the legislation and transformation into cartographic products, aimed at simplifying the understanding of safety issues, providing a new perspective for operators and managers to construct risk analysis of mandatory dimensions in the operating locations with remotely piloted aircraft.
