Resumen
Gender diversity consists of different ways of behaving and living in society, taking into account not only the biological issue, but also the cultural social issue. Therefore, addressing this issue in the school context becomes fundamental, because daily situations and doubts arise that need to be discussed and clarified, so teachers need to be prepared to deal with these situations, so that there is the inclusion and permanence of students / so that the school is a place of equality and respect. The purpose of this research was to outline the perspectives of teaching work regarding the topic of Gender and Sexualities Diversity in the school context, seeking to know the way that primary school teachers refer the pedagogical work and consider the legal assumptions that guide (1998), the National Education Plan (2014), and the Federal Constitution of 1988, with its updates (2016). It was observed that although the laws exist and seek to make the school context a place of reception and overcoming inequalities, there are still prejudices, bullying and ignorance on the part of the teachers, who treat the issue as a fad or even a disturbance.
