Resumen
The electric energy used for any type of conducting generates some work which is not used, for example, sound energy dissipated in mechanical processes. Despite the dissipation of this energy is small, it is possible to analyze the reuse through energy conversion study. This work aims to study the sound energy conversion to electricity through Faraday´s induction principle, using acoustic transducers as: woofer, subwoofer and tweeters. With experimental works, this study verified which transducer had the best performance in transduction of sound energy to electricity in several frequency bands and sound intensities. For a more detailed analysis, we presented voltage-frequency curves of all studied electroacoustic devices. Through all these curves, we noticed what frequency bands we got the best result. Furthermore, it shows concepts about sound wave, magnetic field, electromechanical energy conversion and measurement techniques.
