A importância da qualidade de vida no trabalho: o caso de uma ETEC

Abstract

This work had as its theme the importance given to Quality of Work Life ( QWL ) , studies based on the Quality of Working Life is supporting organizations that want to improve their human capital . The Technical School ( ETEC ) in question has suffered from wear related to the workload of teachers , this study aims to examine how teachers of technical courses operate in several hours of work and play diverse professional roles , realize how it affects Quality of Work Life . To assess the perceived level of QWL these teachers , we used questionnaire featuring questions that addressed factors Quality of Working Life . The study initiated describing the history and evolution of the concept of QWL . According to the survey, it was concluded that these teachers realize that their quality of work life presents a high level in teaching activities , but agree that the workload is affecting your quality of life. Based on the results , it is suggested proposals to implement practices of quality of life in these professionals , how to implement strategies to improve workload , hiring policies , division of labor.
