Resumen
In the face of factors such as global warming, increased pollution, the need formobility, among others, governments together with society promote regulations and programs to reduce society’s impactson the environment. Among the measures adopted, mention can be made of the efforts made by scientists in research to develop energy stores with higher energy density and Higher power density, seeking a less impactful solution to the environment. In this work, the objective is to evaluate the impacts that can be obtained in the Improvement of energy efficiency and reduction of green house gas emissions, making a comparison between MCI vehicle, electric balance vehicles (VEH) and electric vehicles (VE). Forthiswork, the ADVISOR software was used as a tool to assist in the calculations. The simulation were carried out by submitting each vehicles structure to the NBR6601 urban driving cycle, considering that each architecture is capable of meeting the design parameters. There sults demonstrated a greater energy efficiency for the EV, inaddition to the factthatit does not have pollutant emissions, which makes this model ideal for use. However, the technology embedded in this vehicles category makes it excessively expensive, making the VEH a less costly project, but combining better efficiency and lower emission of pollutants, when compared to MCI. Withthis, it is possible to meet the new standards related to pollutant emissions and obtain better efficiency, which is one more step toward select rifying the vehicles fleet.
