dc.description.abstract | Big Data, a term that is used to classify data that have significant characteristics of Volume, Velocity and Variety, is increasingly in evidence, not only in dataoriented industries, but also in the scientific research area. It is possible to identify unexplored potential in research in this topic. This work aims to identify the main tools, technologies and impacts of the use of Big Data in companies with a datadriven culture aiming to produce contributions in the social, academic and organizational aspects. A Systematic Literature Review was carried out, first performing a Bibliometric Analysis through the Methodi Ordinatio methodology of a broad portfolio of articles, using RStudio and Nvivo software. An increase in the number of publications on this topic in recent years has been demonstrated and the relevance of productions by Chinese and American institutions and authors has been shown. The main technologies and tools identified were Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Digital Twins and Data Mining, generating impacts such as waste reduction, cost reduction, process automation, improvement of user experience, improvement in 3Vs, among others. It was possible to present an overview of tools and technologies highlighted in recent literature on the subject, as well as their impacts to better prepare datadriven organizations. | |
