Resumen
Even for the most lay people on the subject, it is easy to get the general perception that people have particularities that shape their behavioral profiles by virtue of their environment and their experiences. These particularities can be found in different Generations, because currently the behavior of a young person is different from the profile of young people who have experienced other decades. Thus, today people and their behavior are differentiated and subdivided by the Generations. The main objective of the present monograph is to identify the characteristics and perspectives of the young people of Generation Z in relation to the labor market and the choice of their professions, considering that the current organizational world is experiencing a historical period: more than one Generation is occupying the same job market and sharing professional spaces with different views. The paper presents the generations studied and their relationship with the labor market. The proposition of the work was based on an applied, exploratory and descriptive study of qualitative and quantitative nature, whose universe of study were young people characteristic of Generation Z. Evaluated the behavior of Generation Z, there is a striking feature of these young people in the professional field. : the flexibility, adaptability and ease of relating in a horizontal way, being totally connected to the new technologies, proposing a people management process for teams formed by this group, through bibliographic information, such as: an alternative for managing and training new leaders. Thus the main themes to be explored will be: development of new leaders and management of generation Z.
