Contando as simetrias rotacionais dos poliedros regulares

Abstract

This dissertation is divided in two parts. The first part is an introduction to basic group theory required for the development of the orbit-stabilizer theorem, that allows the counts of symmetries of the regular polyhedra. The second part is the description of an activity applied in classroom.
