Resumen
This work has as objective to analyze a form of project management by applying it in a strategic planning for product development, from the application of the tool of the PMBOK. The PMBOK is a practical guide, which helps both in decision making during the project and the steps to take. With the great advancement of technological innovation, organizations have been gradually feeling the need for new technologies to ensure their competitiveness in the market, as they say, its acting continuing at the same. One way to stay ahead of these innovations is to create new products and services that meet the demands and consumer needs. For this, companies need a strategic plan in order to make these innovations valid. A simple way, but rigorous in its process, is the project management, which ensures that all stages of planning are carried out and reviewed properly. The responsible for all management of the project is the manager of the same, which must be particularly attentive to the communication between members, as this is a fundamental factor to that all information be properly distributed, reporting project performance at each stage, reducing the risk of failures during the same. This research is classified as exploratory, and qualitative bibliographic, and with the data obtained from the theoretical framework, will be analyzed the relationship between management project and strategic planning from the application of the chapter “Management Communications Project”, of PMBOK. The theoretical framework addresses issues such as technology transfer, strategic planning in organizations, as well as knowledge management, and management project, including a detailed analysis of the chapter in question. As a result, has set itself some relevance to communication within the project, for without it faults occur due to lack of information. Besides, the management also has some importance in planning because it helps the whole product development, ensuring a high accuracy. The primary function of this study is to show how the PDP can be supported and implemented with maxim um security for stakeholders through the project management.
