The present work proposes an analysis on the ephemeral fashion, with the beginning of a bibliographical research about the industrial revolution and the increase of the consumption of fashion through the ages and with this the programmed absolution of the products. With this increasing demand in the manufacture of low cost it is possible to observe that in the present times there was also an increase of pieces in discard, with that a great amount of fabrics discarded of inadequate form. The lack of concern, or even consumer information, regarding this disposal, can often cause environmental problems. The purpose of this project is to reuse the fabrics of these pieces of disinterest before it can be improperly discarded using customization techniques. It understands that reporting the existing problem defines the starting point of this work. Conscious consumption is possible through customization, inserting exclusivity in this product and it is intended to complement the study indicating the concept of reuse, with techniques of upcycling as a fundamental tool for the reformulate of the pieces. Through bibliographic research in the research of authors such as: Cidreira (2005) and Rafael Cardoso Dênis (2004) the methodology was chosen by the exploratory research based on the methodology of Gil (2009). The main intention is to consume in a conscious way, in order to avoid new industrial processes that continuously attack the environment, respecting the natural resources, leaving to produce even more garbage and minimizing the waste of fabric from existing parts.
