Resumen
For the big consumers, with malls, the electrical energy contracted is binominal way, in other words, pay as much as the power consumed by demand, and if this demand exceeds the contracted demand are charged fines with significant values, up to for a large company. This work seeks to develop a system to control and monitor the demand for air conditioning in malls to avoid fines for excessive consumption and extrapolation of the contracted demand. For this we used a prototype in the laboratory of UTFPR, simulating situations of measurement and control of electricity demand and disengagement circuit to resume consumption within the allowed range. As a contribution to the automation of processes are detected ample possibilities to make an effective control of energy consumption in commercial buildings to large flow of people.
