Resumen
The franchising in Brazil has became a good alternative for those who are looking through entrepreneurship the best way to enter the business world. Moreover, the franchising is a great way for entrepreneurs to expand their business and increase their potencialities. That is why this study accomplished a franchising analysis of an ice cream company from the state of Paraná. The research sought to find owledges about the topic with theory references and past experiences. Through many tools found at literature, a model of franchising analysis was determined with the purpose to promote a result, if the frachising is a good alternative or not for the business to adopt. After the study, it was observed that the enterpreneurship has requirements in favor the franchising, as credibility, simple operation and marketplace. However, some topics must be evolved before adopting the franchising, as its management, the demand of feedstock from international providers and high seasonality.
