The public networks of Cooperation has contributed to the improvement of the quality of life of many communities, are by the provision of services or material aid that some networks do, this partnership between the public sector and other organized sectors of society, such as service clubs, associations, unions, Ngos, etc., allows the Municipal public administration, meet more effectively the communities, and also enables the citizens to know better the actions of public managers.
