Resumen
The present work resulted on the implementation of a visible light communication system capable of transmitting an OFDM signal in real time through a wireless channel. Electro-optical transduction circuits in the transmitter and optoelectronic at the receiver were designed using Texas Instruments Tina-TI software for circuit simulation and Altium for the design of printed circuit boards. The processing of OFDM signals was embedded on an ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller from STMicroelectronics STM32F407-Discovery kit, calculating a 256-point FFT containing 64 QPSK modulated subcarriers, transmitting through a LED at a data rate of 44 kbps occupying a band of 25 kHz with a sample rate of 100 kSps, transmitting over a distance of 1.9 m.
