Abstract

The present research presented as problematic to investigate how the students of the Federal Technological University of Paraná Campus of Santa Helena, understand the importance and the contribution of the practical classes for the teaching of Sciences, thus, this work will have as objective to analyze the final reports of the students. who underwent the Supervised Science Internship discipline, verifying the use of practical activities in the teaching-learning process with elementary students. The research carried out was of qualitative and bibliographic character. We sought to address the concept of practical class and its importance for students' meaningful learning, specifying how the supervised internship in science is presented in the course of Biological Sciences of the Federal Technological University of Paraná.
