Violência no trabalho: uma análise da Usina Hidroelétrica de Belo Monte - PA

Abstract

This study will address research on working conditions and violence suffered by workers who worked and work in the construction of the hydroelectric plant of Belo Monte -PA through the analysis of audiovisual documents and reports. This study is divided into four sections / parts to better organize it. The first section concerns the introduction, which provides a context about the working conditions in the hydroelectric plant of Belo Monte. The second part presents the methodological aspects employed for the study, in particular the analysis of audiovisual documents and reports. The third section presents the theoretical consulted and examples of working conditions and violence found in the analyzed videos. Finally, the fourth and last part presents the conclusions and suggestions for further studies.
