Abstract

The current civil construction market requires completely planned works, which involves well-designed cost forecasting and management, which makes budgeting a very important tool. The disparity between initial and final costs of the construction, due to the treatment of the budget as a previous and non-continuous process to it, has become a problem for the companies of the sector and that the companies are looking for to solve. In order to reduce these variations, it is proposed to carry out the budgeting of a construction using the budget sheets used in the Southwest region of Paraná, and the comparison with the real cost of the same construction. Through this comparison will be possible to verify the most representative steps within the budget and witch are the factors that most influence the cost of the construction. In order to optimize the budget sheets already used in the budgeting process according to the local construction market to obtain a detailed budget, that to suit in a realistic way to the construction sites. Knowing the reality of the constructions sites and the local market of construction where the services will be executed, it becomes possible to optimize the constructions budgets in order to obtain a final budget that represents the real cost of constructions, which allows to obtain a quality product, to reduce the waste and satisfy the costumer.
