Resumen
This study deals with the issue related to vehicular aerodynamics, searching for the main references, in order to draw the relationship between fuel consumption and aerodynamics, since drag appears as an opposing force of the movement. Due to the great interest of the population for automotive means that pollute less the environment, the companies of the sector research tools that anticipate greater efficiency, both socially and economically way. To do so, it targets the Shell Eco Marathon events, based on the growth of the Pato a Jato Energy Efficiency Team, due to the large number of students from different countries participating. Presenting bibliographic research on the subject and, finally, the final considerations, which include the main elements covered, limitations of the research, and suggestions for future work.
