Comparativo orçamentário dos sistemas construtivos em alvenaria convencional, alvenaria estrutural e Light Steel Frame para construção de conjuntos habitacionais

Abstract

Due to the need for housing for low-income people, and various government incentives to remedy the problem of housing deficit, there is a rapid growth in the number of residential buildings popular, influencing the increase in housing, some with more than hundred houses, which are built quickly . The civil construction companies that work with this type of work, are seeking new methods to combine constructive, economy and speed of execution. This research presents a comparative budget for construction of a housing with a hundred houses popular standard to be executed in the Southwest region of Paraná, based on building systems known in the region, such as the case of conventional masonry, used in most works of medium and large and masonry, often used by companies to build housing in some cities of the region, and also the Light Steel Frame system, yet little used, although it has a tendency to grow rapidly. Will elaborate the execution of projects, the quantitative survey, the runtime of each housing development, considering that runs a set for each system, and raise the direct and indirect costs of the three systems, in order to find out which one is more economically viable to run these homes.
