Resumen
In the search for new transport media and drugs and bioactives that target only a quanty of administred substance, stand out the promising as forms of micro/nanoparticles. These machines can be used as biodegradable or synthetic polymers. The most commonly used natural polymers, cellulose acetate, stand out because they present promising characteristcs for these forms. New means of administration such as micro/nanostructured are highly sought after. In this context the present work had as its theme the best methodology for the search of micro/nanoparticles as an oral route for the administration of new drugs. In this way, it was evaluated as living methodologies for the structures, morphological properties. Micro and nanoparticles were presented, which were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, with a mean of 1000 microns for microparticles and 100-800 for nanoparticles. We also observed that there was a drug incorporation in the micro/nanoparticles starting from a release study. Whith this study it was possible to perceive how thw bioactive measures studied were promising for the different dosage forms. Thus, the results demonstrated that this type of material has great potential of application for oral drug systems.
