Resumen
This study was developed in a special class of intellectual disabilities and that consisted of eight students and a teacher, in a public school from Rio Azul PR, for implementing the project entitled "Learning from the school vegetable garden", which performs activities from the production of a vegetable garden planted by subject research and the school pedagogue who was the author of this survey. Aiming a better organization of pedagogical work, the learning strategy on activities of Art, Science, Portuguese and Mathematics subjects were used as educational sequence. The focus of this research is the analysis of students' learning of I.D through concrete situations, on the theme "Health and quality of life" which is included in the class curriculum in the science subject. During this survey, we sought the theoretical foundation about intellectual disabilities, teaching science for the early grades, educational sequence and reading, what formed the base of this work. It is a qualitative approach, as well as with characteristic to be applied, which used as a method the participant observation. For the analysis of research data will be used the process considering the reflections about each action, taking as a reference the cyclic process present in research-action, the so-called lewinian self-reflexive spiral. The product developed was an educational notebook, which has its contribution for the student preparation to perform the classification process that takes place through the content application and skills assessments, if classified, the student is directed to attend the regular school year, compatible with which is declared fit, getting care after/before school in a multifunctional resource room, according to the current legislation. As a category of analysis, there is students' learning with I.D from interdisciplinary interventions planned. As a result for the survey, it was observed in students a greater interaction in class and subjects contents, approvals in the classification process and also the educational notebook can be applied to other classes of early grades.
