Análise de viabilidade técnico-financeira na construção de um armazém industrial: um estudo de caso

Abstract

The industry technological evolution in the sector reached ways to store products, in which there is a pursuit to increase the storage capacity, allied to the verticalization of the inventory and the need of increasing the capacity of load the floors to support this verticalization. The monograph analyzes the financial and technical optimization of an industrial warehouse, being the specific points the premises of the project, logistic, operation and changes adapting and rationalizing the preliminary project. The items with greater financial relevance to the project were optimized through expert analysis. From this optimization, it was possible to save 65.31% on the most representative item of the project, which was the metallic structure. With the result of this analysis, which generated a total savings of R $ 5,700,000.00, it was verified that a construction company was economically, operationally and technically viable. It is concluded that in this case the rationalization of the project was possible and the project was approved financially and technically
