Resumen
Effective management is an important success factor for organizations. Human Resource Management is one of the main pillars of any company, especially nowadays where competition and results-based charging make companies better plan their future. The elevation of competitive market standards started to require new business strategies focused on optimizing costs, constantly improving quality and pursuing innovations and sustainable competitive advantages. In this sense, organizations have come to value human capital more and more. Training programs have become, in recent years, an important tool for increasing the competitiveness of companies. However, in order for training to actually impact organizational results, it is critical to make a careful and comprehensive Survey of Training Needs, that is, a training program should be aligned with the organization's objectives. The Human Resources sector plays a fundamental role in this process, since it is necessary to ensure that the training developed from the LNT is perceived by the managers as an investment and not as a cost. The main goal of this work is to identify the training needs of a small business. For this, it is necessary to verify if there is a training policy in the company and what is and the profile of the employee to be trained, to identify possible LNT instruments and to propose a LNT model for application in the company. Initially, the company's organizational analysis was done, together with the manager, who acted as a participant observer to identify the profile of the employees. A questionnaire was applied to the employees to assist in the survey of the training needs. After completing the analyzes, it was concluded that the overall objective of the work was achieved. It can be seen that the main training needs of the company are related to the skills and attitudes required to perform the tasks.
