Resumen
This work presents the electronic processing of solar photovoltaic energy in order to convert the direct current, coming from an array of photovoltaic modules, into alternating current with a frequency of 60 Hz. The induction motor of a wall fan is used as a load. A singlephase complete bridge corresponds to the power stage of the frequency inverter. Four IRF740 mosfets, which make up the inverter bridge, are controlled by nonisolated drives, using the bootstrap technique. Two strategies are used to control the transistors. The first produces a square alternating voltage for the load. The second, in turn, supplies the motor with a current generated under the principle of sinusoidal PWM modulation. The work contemplates the concepts of an extensive bibliographic review, covering from the theoretical foundations of the photovoltaic effect to the practical problems resulting from the circulation of harmonics through the stator coils of an induction motor.
