Resumen
The dance greatly contributes to develop the student in the process of teaching and learning, especially in early childhood education, because it stimulates different areas of the child's brain, which are not developed by other forms of language. It is perceived that dance can influence and improve the behavior of the students, even facilitating the teachinglearning process, contributing to their global development.It is necessary to create situations in which moving,and dancing and learning have a specific purpose, which are not a mechanical and meaningless exercise. For this, it is important to develop proposals structured around development activities, having dance as a work strategy, so that the act of teaching and learning at school does not lose its social character. Therefore, orientation and support are needed. The formation of education professionals today requires the development of an interdisciplinary, pluralist and integrating perspective, which can be expanded and enriched in the work to be developed with the teachers in office, based on proposals that closely articulate the scientific and pedagogical, in a unitary and multidimensional vision of culture.It aims to show that the benefits of dance, howit can help in the growth of the child, how it helps in their development, both in body awareness and in their social development.
