Contribuição da ACIPG na geração de inovação em Ponta Grossa

Abstract

In search of survival in the increasingly competitive market, organizations have noted the importance of generating innovation. Attitudes, techniques and procedures add value to the business, both for the company and for its customers and suppliers. In Ponta Grossa, with the aim of cooperation and mutual development, ACIPG was created, Comercial and Industrial Association of Ponta Grossa. In this context, this research aims to identify what services, actions and events that provide more impact in generating innovation in companies of members of ACIPG. To carry out this work we used the parameters and guidelines presented in the Oslo Manual for innovation research, more specifically applied by PINTEC 2014. The main results of the survey highlighted the acquisition of direct innovation, outreach services and experiences associated and the courses and training offered to business owners and their employees.
