Resumen
This study is aimed to develop a computer program which allows the improvement of the process of creating budgets of small and mediumsized enterprises which direct their services to an electrical area. It is proposed the implementation of a computer program which has a Database containing updatable information regarding prices of materials, labor and services, seeking thereby the reduction of time for the preparation of the budget, expediting the delivery of the company's commercial proposal and bringing greater reliability in the final value of the work to be budgeted. An initial study regarding the elaboration of works price is presented, bringing the basic concepts to be observed for the elaboration of the final sale price of each item to be inserted in the Database. This work examines some basic concepts of Object Oriented Programming (OOP), with a focus on the C # language (C Sharp) and presents the Visual Studio 2013 programming environment, where the Ebudget program will be created, being the "E" related to electrical area and the English word "budget" meaning budget in Portuguese. A brief study of the creation of a database will be presented in the sequence. After the initial conceptual focus, it was developed the program in question. As a result, it presents a functional software with Local Database, allowing the user to create budgets quickly and intuitively, through access to the Database and the information stored there.
