Resumen
This project aims to improve the visibility of a haberdashery located in the city of Araucária in Paraná through the creation of a new Visual Identity System and structuring of its Business Model, assisting in its positioning and consolidation in the local market. By building a lasting relationship with clients through strategic channels, it is expected to contribute to the growth of physical space and product variety by collaborating with local businesses and supplying materials for the region’s many selfemployed workers. In this research interviews were conducted with customers and residents of the city, potential customers, to define an Empathy Map, with the customer segment being the main component within a Business Model, to further develop the business plan, the System of Visual Identity of the company and its strategies of implementation in the market.
