Abstract

The continuous improvement has become something to be searched by the companies that wanting remain competitive in the market, generating better work condition, production efficiency and consequently a better products quality.The production organization by Lean Methodology tools added to standardization and the optimization due to the production process automation, contribute in large scale to increasing the efficiency of companies, making it more competitive. This work searched basicly, the improvement in electrical whips manufacturing process, standardizing the production process and creating na automatic system of carousel to be optimized the results and ensure a better quality of work to the operators, improving the product quality and the customer satisfaction.
