Resumen
With the growing expansion of the building industry, new materials and industrial solutions are emerging to eliminate steps, reduce the working time on construction sites, to ensure quality and avoid unnecessary wastage of materials. The new technologies help to replace traditional materials by other alternative and also help innovate what already exists, for significantly improved options. Although expensive, the new materials have been used quite often, the lack of manpower and equipment, new techniques can choose to be the solution. Thus, this study aimed to verify the basic properties of concrete industrialized supplied in packs of 30 kg. This material, developed for those who need minor repairs or minor construction, meets these needs to be practical, easy to prepare, does not require that the person has actual knowledge to be able to use, is measured to obtain a strength of 21 MPa and the amount of water to be added is indicated on the packaging. We checked the properties of concrete industrial packaged, fresh, workability, cohesion, and segregation in the hardened state, the axial compressive strength and density. Yet been established, a relationship between the dosage of the concrete with the industrial strength of concrete using conventional method ABCP Brazilian Portland Cement Association - dosage. For this, it was necessary to apply the same tests of concrete in industrialized conventional concrete. In the course of the work are explained the testing carried out in accordance with the procedures of standards specific to each property. Also exposed are the advantages and characteristics of this material ready and packed. Dosages and testing of fresh concrete and hardened were mainly developed in the laboratory of UTFPR - Federal Technological University of Parana -, however, an experimental activity was developed "in situ". The construction of a ramp for the disabled in a church located in Campo Largo, in which the concrete used industrial packaging. The preparation and application of concrete were followed to the same procedures followed were conducted in the laboratory, thus avoiding any change in the results.
