Estudo de métodos de despacho econômico de unidades geradoras termelétricas

Abstract

This article presents a general analysis about the brazilian electrical system. The electrical section restructuring is also studied, as well as the nowadays Sistema Interligado Nacional (SIN) configuration. This thesis shows the importance of the thermoelectrical unities in maintaining the balance of the system during droughts. After this, methods of economical dispatch are presented, intending to reduce the costs with energy production. The methods used in this study were: economic dispatch considering network losses, economic dispatch considering Penalty Factors, Lambda Integration Method and Primal Dual Interior Point Methods. Several computational algorithms were developed for each economical dispatch study, allowing simulations in each different case.
