Abstract

The Internet has made possible interconnected world through intense data exchange. With the continuous rise of smartphones, currently available services such as multimedia streaming and games demand faster and better mobile Internet connections, so these services can be reliably delivered to users. New technologies have emerged to meet this demand including the LTE enabled 4G standard. The package scheduling algorithms are responsible for distributing network resources to connected users. Studying these algorithms is crucial in order to optimally allocate network resources and increase overall network performance.
