Resumen
The present study is relevant, because, in the specific literature, according to stu dents' violent manifestations, is a serious problem in most Brazilian schools. In comparison with 70 other countries, Brazil is above average in terms of the incidence of these inappropriate practices (INEP, 2019). Thus, among the great and current challenges faced by Brazilian education is how to deal with these manifestations, as they can be divided into three modalities: indiscipline, incivility and infraction act. Aiming to contribute to soften these phenomena, this research starts from the fol lowing problem: how do education professionals understand and deal with the three types of inappropriate behavior of students at school? And, as a general objective of the present research, is the development of educational products capable of subsi dizing the conduct of education professionals, regarding the inappropriate mani festations of students at school. Its development was guided by the specific objec tives of presenting information that makes it possible to diagnose and differentiate between the types of conduct and their forms of referral, providing judicial and out of-court, in addition to indicating two forms of prevention and coping pointed out in the literature. To guide this study, qualitative research of an exploratory and di agnostic nature was adopted, which used the literature review and field research. The instruments used were observation at school, semi-structured interviews and the application of questionnaires, which took place at schools from the north of the state of Paraná. The data collected served as the basis for the construction of two educational products: a course and a booklet. The course is a 15 hour continuing education to educators, developed in a virtual learning environment (AVA) and of fered via Moodle. The booklet has an instructional nature, it is organized with info graphics and QR codes and it is offered online. The products are autonomous, but they complement each other; the booklet is a schematic summary of theinformation socialized in the course. Among the results obtained after offering the products, the data indicate that both are efficient and content with practical application in the routine of educators.
