Currently Brazil is the fourth largest producer of milk in the world, but the quality of the milk produced does not reach the established standards. The Most Healthy Milk Program was instituted by Decree No. 8,533 of September 30, 2015, whose main objective is to encourage investments to assist milk producers in the development of quality and productivity. The objective of this study was to evaluate the milk quality of the members of the More Healthy Milk Program, from July 1, 2017 to June 31, 2018, in 12 dairy farms distributed between the municipalities of Cândido de Abreu and Manoel Ribas, of Paraná in accordance with the provisions of Normative Instruction 62/2011. During the evaluated period, samples were collected for analysis of standard plate count (CPP), somatic cell counts (CCS), fat and protein, and sent to the Laboratory of the Paraná Dairy Herd Analysis Program (PARLPR) belonging to the Association Paranaense de Breeders of bovines of the Dutch Race (APCBRH), in CuritibaPR. It was concluded that there was a significant improvement in the CPP index in the monthly average and in the number of samples within the standard, there was an increase in the fat indexes and the percentage of samples within the standard for protein, according to IN 62/2011. It was observed that periods of rain and high temperatures favored the increase of CCS.
