Mapeamento de processos através do padrão BPMN em microempresas

Abstract

Understanding the processes and how they work is important for companies because it facilitates the understanding of possible errors that are not perceived without its bstructure is modeled. This article facilitates understanding mapping processes and also lifting failures within those processes. It has made a case study using a microenterprise of the clothing segment, located in the city of Curitiba. The methodology is divided into three parts: through non-participant observation, the study first mapped the processes by BPMN notation. The following possible failure and brought up finally by FMEA tool, suggestions for improvements to prevent them.
