Abstract

Automation is the replacement of human or animal by machine work. What does it mean to have an own mechanism of action, which makes an action required at any given time or in response to certain conditions. (RIBEIRO, 2001) Through this work it will be shown as the automation of a device was made using content related to the Industrial Mechatronics Technology course. For it took the development of electrical design, tire design, servomotors settings, PLC programming, creating screens for HMI, programming a safety controller and the scanner configuration for security. Automation that which proved robust and flexible, providing the device to perform the necessary movements and given the expected productivity.
