Servo motores: visão geral, controle e aplicação

Abstract

The large-scale production has forced the industry to look for machinery and high equipment quality and high productivity. In this quest are always present servomotors, are to act directly on production lines, CNC milling machines (Computerized Numerical Control), industrial robots and other machines. This monograph includes a study of the features of construction, operation and servo application engines, therefore, a literature review was conducted, in this are present the concepts of DC motors (with and without brushes), alternating current (asynchronous and synchronous), encoders (incremental and absolute) and servo drives. The concept of servo drives and how each type of motor can be introduced to it was analyzed. An application example in a CNC machine was introduced to assist the understanding of this equipment.
