Reflexionar sobre la práctica docente: Herramienta para transformar las dinámicas al interior del aula.

Abstract

El escrito presenta la reflexión en torno a la práctica pedagógica de la autora, quien orienta las asignaturas de física y matemáticas en la Institución Educativa Fusca sede El Cerro en el Municipio de Chía Cundinamarca y quien ha notado las bondades de pensar el aula como un laboratorio natural para observar las particularidades de las enseñanza-aprendizaje de la física como ciencia y la trascendencia de este proceso al aula. Este ejercicio reflexivo se enmarca en la visión del maestro como un investigador que cuenta con recursos para actuar frente a situaciones nuevas, siempre a partir de su quehacer cotidiano reflexionando sobre su acción sin tener que interrumpirla, lo que trae la enorme ventaja de reorganizar lo que está haciendo mientras lo está haciendo, confirmando que de esta manera el conocimiento profesional del docente emerge en y desde la práctica.

The paper presents the reflection on the teaching practice of teacher Paola Martínez, who directs the courses of physics and mathematics in the Institución Educativa Fusca sede El Cerro in the municipality of Chía, Cundinamarca and who noticed the benefits of think the classroom as a natural laboratory to observe the characteristics of the teaching and learning of physics as a science and the importance of this process to the classroom. This reflective exercise is part of the vision of the teacher as a researcher who has resources to respond to new situations, always from his daily reflecting on his action without having to interrupt it, which brings the huge advantage of reorganize what you are doing while you are doing it, confirming that in this way the professional knowledge of the teacher emerges in and from the practice.
