dc.descriptionThe present research aims to carry out a reflection of the independent legal culture of the Venezuelan past of the 19th century, in order to determine the cultural foundations of the constitutional normative architecture at the beginning of the republican proindependence feat and the relationships that the various social classes They were establishing with the laws and with the liberal referents of the dominant enlightened knowledge between 1811 and 1830. In the same way, this study is closely related to the expressive forms of daily life of the time, as a legacy of the intangible cultural heritage knowledge, practices and the diverse interests of classes characterized by conjunctural factors and structures in the center-periphery relations, between Metropolis and Colonia: space - time where a legal architecture of the Spanish State and the emergence of a legal thought in the colonized territories were confronted. These archetypal references allow approaching from the legal documents of the analyzed period, establishing a broad reflection on the past; Through documentaryethnography, having as results a context of interpretation, understanding, explanation of the hermeneutical space of legal knowledge of the time and how it was thought and put into practice by that society whose impact still shapes the culture of Venezuela today.en-US
dc.descriptionLa presente investigación, tiene como finalidad realizar una reflexión de la cultura jurídica independiente del pasado venezolano del siglo XIX, a fin de determinar los fundamentos culturales de la arquitectura normativa constitucional en los inicios de la gesta republicana independentista y las relaciones que las diversas clases sociales fueron estableciendo con las leyes y con los referentes liberales del conocimiento ilustrado dominante entre 1811 y 1830. De igual forma, este estudio, está íntimamente relacionado con las formas expresivas de la vida cotidiana de la epoca, en tanto legado del patrimonio cultural inmaterial conocimientos, prácticas y de los diversos intereses de clases caracterizada por factores coyunturales y estructuras en las relaciones centroperiferia,entre Metrópolis y Colonia: espacio - tiempo donde se confrontaron una arquitectura jurídica del Estado español y la emergencia de un pensamiento jurídicoen los territorios colonizados. Estas referencias arquetípicas permiten abordar a partir de los documentos jurídicos del periodo analizado, establecer una reflexión ampliasobre el pasado; a través de etnografía documental, teniendo como resultados uncon-texto de interpretación, comprensión explicación del espacio hermenéuticodel conocimiento jurídico de la epoca y cómo éste fue pensado y puesto en prácticapor aquella sociedad cuyo impacto aún conforma la cultura de la Venezuela actual.es-ES
