dc.descriptionThis paper represents a partial breakthrough research "UNERMB institutional history and evolution." The study aims to rebuild the institutional history of the Universidad National Experimental Rafael Maria Baralt, and also describe the social impact of the university in the development of the Eastern Coast of Maracaibo Lake. In this first step it is explained part of the need for the creation of National Experimental Universities in Venezuela and UNERMB first steps within this process. For the development of the research the historical method was used and the contributions of phenomenology and ethnography.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo representa un avance parcial de la investigación “UNERMB historia y evolución institucional”. El estudio tiene como finalidad reconstruir la historia institucional de la universidad Nacional Experimental Rafael María Baralt; así como también, describir el impacto social de la universidad en el desarrollo de la Costa Oriental del Lago de Maracaibo. En este primer avance se explica parte de la necesidad de la creación de las universidades Nacionales Experimentales en Venezuela y los primeros pasos de la Unermb dentro de éste proceso. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se recurre al método histórico y a los aportes de la fenomenología y la etnografía.es-ES
