En este trabajo se plantea sintetizar la visión de la política exterior de Venezuela
desde los lineamientos del socialismo del siglo XXI, abordando cómo
la nueva estructura diplomática petrolera busca tener una influencia política
en América Latina; para lo cual el trabajo se estructura con el siguiente
esquema: 1.- Orientaciones de la política exterior del socialismo del siglo
XXI; 2.- Las relaciones colombo-venezolanas; 3.-Petrocaribe y su perspectiva
geopolítica; 4. La Unión de Naciones Sudamericanas (UNASUR) en la
perspectiva de la política exterior venezolana; 5.- Las relaciones geoestratégicas
de Rusia – Venezuela; 6.- La relaciones entre Irán y Venezuela;
7.- La guerra en Libia y la respaldo solitario del gobierno venezolano; y
8.- Consideraciones finales. The purpose of this paper to summarize the Venezuelan government’s foreign
policy approach based on the premises of the XXI century socialism. The
paper aims to evaluate the impact of the new Venezuelan oil in Latin America.
The paper has been organized follows: 1. - The orientations of the XXI
century socialism foreign policy. 2. - .The Colombian-Venezuelan relations,
3.-The geopolitical perspective of Petrocaribe, 4. The Venezuela´s approach
to the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR). 5. - The geostrategic
