En varias oportunidades, haciendo referencia al sistema societario venezolano, se ha mencionado la permanente ausencia de las transformaciones propias del siglo XXI, debido a la carencia de una necesaria y obligatoria reforma que permita ubicar a la legislación venezolana a la vanguardia de los ordenamientos jurídicos latinoamericanos. En este sentido, es prescindible seguir insistiendo en la incorporación de instituciones y figuras jurídicas propias del Derecho comparado al Derecho venezolano, como en este caso las sociedades por acciones simplificadas, en la medida de solventar la situación actual de la regulación de las sociedades agrarias, las cuales continúan fuera del amparo del Derecho mercantil aun cuando actúan como verdaderos empresarios.On several occasions, referring to the Venezuelan corporate system, it has been mentioned the permanent absence of the transformations of this century, due to the lack of a vital and necessary reform that would put Venezuelan law at the forefront of latin American legal systems.
